Dear Friends of Nordic Walking

As most of you know our Sunday morning walks for all fitness levels are a great way to keep practising the basic Nordic Walking technique, share the joys of Nordic Walking with others and get to experience some of the lovely walks the Wellington region has to offer. The cafe visit afterwards is also very pleasant and social.

If you have a family member or friend(s) you would like to bring along, please feel free to do so on any Sunday. They can join in without poles or they can take advantage of a free introductory session if booked ahead. The free trial session will take place when the other club members meet at Hikoikoi Reserve in Petone at 10am on Sundays. While Rod and Cathy take the club walkers along the beach or up the Hutt River through the golf club, I will run a free trial session, poles included.

If you do decide to bring someone along that would like to give Nordic Walking a go, please let me know by email or phone so I can organise the extra poles.

Thanks and see you all this Sunday 10am at the Hikoikoi Reserve.
